The food culture of Ascoli Piceno is strongly tied to its traditions and culture.  We, at Nascondiglio di Bacco will try to recommend the dining experiences most closely tied to these traditions but also of a high quality. 
We recommend for example a lunch at Osteria “Da Middio in Ascoli where the simple ambience and expertly prepared local specialties can be savored.  A dinner at Kursaal will provide another excellent example of local specialties while offering a wine list offering gems from around the world.
If you are searching for refined and romantic dining we recommend a tript to the Osteria dell’ Arancio at Grottammare while for fresh fish there are Da Vittorio  and Molo Sud in  San Benedetto.
Raffaele’s favorite restaurant is a bit furthur afield in Norcia and is named Beccofino where one finds a complex and perfectly executed combination of tradition and nouvelle cuisine
